Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company, project, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead project teams and provide timely communication with clients.
  • Develop and maintain bid packages, subcontractor and vendor scope, and project control procedures.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including submittals, schedules, and billings.
  • Manage project risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical contracting.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building management systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or similar.
