Position Overview

The CT Technologist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This position requires a graduate from an accredited AMA program and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans of various body parts such as the head, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, and extremities.
  • Execute basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, C-arm procedures, and operating room imaging services.
  • Ensure proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning and understand cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Process CT system operations and adhere to surgical and sterile procedures.
Certification and Requirements
  • ARRT CT Registry Certification is mandatory.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
  • Ability to care for patients with COVID-19 is necessary.
  • Travelers must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, with special exemptions considered for medical or religious reasons.
Work Schedule

This position involves 4x 10-hour evening shifts, with every other weekend required.

Additional Information
  • This is a NICOTINE-FREE FACILITY.
  • Candidates with a history of license suspension will not be considered.
  • All scheduling requests must be included in the submission.
  • Candidates who have been employed as a permanent hire at any WellSpan site within the past year are not eligible.
  • Compliance with flu vaccination requirements from September to April is expected.
