Job Overview

As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT procedures in accordance with state and departmental protocols, including neurological disorders and stroke, oncologic, and cardiac services.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Tech, Imaging Manager, Director, and Medical Staff to improve patient and workflow via providing support, education, and leadership to technical staff.
  • Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department, performing high-quality images and exams while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
  • Follow standards of safe radiation practice and demonstrate leadership abilities, serving as a role model for other associate technologists.
  • Act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and ensure current standards of practice for the unit.

Requirements:

  • One year of related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates Degree strongly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • ARRT(CT) or NMTCB (CT) required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
