Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Processing Team Lead to join our team at Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, production processes, and production equipment experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4-6 crew members in the preparation, processing, and packaging of food and non-food products.
  • Operate food processing machinery, including setup and teardown.
  • Direct crew activities and ensure process/product quality is maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with packaging crews, coordinators, and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in a production environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation to transport between company locations.
  • Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
