Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail automotive team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to our store team, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Managers.

You will work closely with our District Manager to develop and implement sales plans, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals
  • Provide leadership and coaching to store team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences and sales growth
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, expense control, and team scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, teammates, and vendors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in retail automotive sales or management, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
