Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide essential care for our residents during 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am shifts.

*Candidates must be available for alternate weekends* Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour

*New Graduates are encouraged to apply*

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality and safe care to residents.
  • Participate actively in the execution of direct care as outlined in individual care plans.
  • Complete daily tasks for residents efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure resident safety is maintained throughout each shift.
  • Supervise assigned residents and monitor their whereabouts during the shift.
  • Maintain residents' personal hygiene and appropriate attire.
  • Keep the living environment of residents clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist residents with feeding to ensure proper nutrition and hydration as per care plans.
  • Document vital signs, intake and output, and other significant data accurately as per unit protocols.
  • Report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff promptly.
  • Communicate resident updates to nursing staff during shift changes and breaks.
  • Engage residents in meaningful social interactions and activities.
  • Collaborate with activity staff to enhance resident engagement.
  • Accompany residents to medical appointments as needed, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Identify and safeguard residents' personal belongings and the environment.
  • Report any malfunctioning equipment to nursing staff immediately.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and protect the organization's integrity.
  • Adhere to professional standards and comply with facility policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
