Position: Certified Nursing Assistant


The Certified Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients, residents, or clients, ensuring that daily nursing services align with their individual care plans.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting or facilitating the daily living activities of residents as outlined in their care plans. These activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive bathing assistance, whether in bed, shower, or tub.
  • Assisting residents with dressing or fully dressing those who are unable to do so independently.
  • Supporting residents in using the restroom.
  • Maintaining hygiene for residents who require assistance with toileting.
Qualifications:


To be considered for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must hold a valid certification from the state of New York.
  • Certification must be current and free of any findings as confirmed by the Certified Nursing Assistant Registry.
  • Must provide proof of physical examination.
  • PPD, MMR & Varicella vaccinations.
  • Flu vaccination.
Employment Type:


Available positions include both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities.


Compensation:


The hourly wage for this position is $23.00, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week.

This position is set in a nursing home setting.


Experience Requirements:


A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience is required.


Licenses/Certifications:


Candidates must possess the following:

  • CNA License (mandatory)
  • CPR Certification (mandatory)
Relocation:


Candidates must be prepared to relocate prior to commencing work.


Work Location:


This is an in-person position.
