About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center in Mt Angel, OR. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect quality care to residents, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice, staying up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
  • Coordinate resident care activities with other members of the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise the nursing care given, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) requirements for a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in long term care.
