Job Overview

Position Summary

Mother's Nutritional Center is on the lookout for a skilled and imaginative Junior Graphic Artist to become a vital member of our Digital Marketing Team. This role is essential within our creative division, where you will be tasked with producing and designing visual content for various print and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and visually appealing graphics for print media, websites, and online advertisements.
  • Generate and present mockups and infographics, demonstrating strong skills in layout and typography.
  • Design, produce, and refresh operational materials such as banners, brochures, posters, promotional items, and mailers.
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through to final execution, collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and/or Director of Operations.
  • Coordinate and follow up on orders with external printing services.
  • Maintain an organized archive of all company visual assets.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the design industry.
  • Exhibit strong writing and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related degree in Graphic Design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of Premiere Pro is advantageous.
  • A comprehensive graphic design portfolio for review.
  • Demonstrated determination and persistence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capacity to integrate feedback into design work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing several projects at once while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Exemplary loyalty, integrity, and a team-oriented work ethic.
  • Full-Time Position (Non-Remote)
