Job Title: Pedagogical Assistance

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pedagogical Assistant. This role will involve providing support to a child with special needs, working closely with the kindergarten team to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of the child
  • Collaborate with the kindergarten team to ensure a cohesive and effective educational approach
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to the child, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to support the child's needs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
