**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate the front desk and provide exceptional guest service
* Manage the operations of the front desk, ensuring timely check-in and check-out
* Process guest check-in, confirm reservations, and assign guest rooms
* Treat requests with professionalism, tact, and courtesy
* Investigate and resolve guest complaints
* Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, discounts, and special offers
* Stay up-to-date on local events and hotel offerings
* Ensure prompt delivery of billing to guests
* Process various payment types
* Handle confidential guest information
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping Department
* Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and shared areas
* Adhere to Colwen and brand standards
* Perform other related duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
* One year of hotel-related experience preferred
* Bilingual - English/Spanish
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
* Familiarity with local area and ability to provide directions
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common computer software programs
* Ability to learn computer software programs and operate the property management system
* Willingness to work a 7-day rotational schedule
