Job ResponsibilitiesThe Client Support Representative will be responsible for:
- Working directly with customers to promote client brands, products, and services.
- Explaining product features and benefits to customers and addressing any inquiries.
- Reporting customer feedback to senior management and clients to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyzing client acquisition metrics and KPIs to optimize sales performance.
- Maintaining adherence to client compliance standards and ensuring professionalism throughout the sales process.
- Drafting, organizing, and maintaining sales contracts on behalf of clients.
- Attending regular meetings with fellow Client Support Representatives to enhance customer service, sales, and leadership skills.
A competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- No prior experience is necessary; 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- A willingness to continuously improve skills and adapt to new concepts.
- Effective presentation skills to communicate confidently with clients, customers, and colleagues.
