  • Process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Handle billing and payment inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using computer systems and software, including our CRM system.
