Territory Development Manager

NABCO Entrances, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to expand our presence in the market and increase revenue through the sale of automatic doors and components. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and build relationships with customers and partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales and targeting new accounts in an assigned territory, working closely with branch and headquarters employees to maintain updated information in CRM and related systems for quoting, selling, and placing orders. Additionally, they will perform duties associated with the sales process of furnishing, installing, and servicing automatic and manual doors and components, as well as prospecting customers, presenting information, consulting, estimating, generating quotes, securing contracts, managing projects, and other related tasks associated with turnkey projects.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales and target new accounts in an assigned territory
- Maintain updated information in CRM and related systems for quoting, selling, and placing orders
- Perform duties associated with the sales process of furnishing, installing, and servicing automatic and manual doors and components
- Prospecting customers, presenting information, consulting, estimating, generating quotes, securing contracts, managing projects, and other related tasks associated with turnkey projects
Requirements:
- Two or more years' experience in outside direct sales and service of automatic doors or similar products
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Operations, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales
- Experience working with general contractors and end users preferred
