Service Center Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Center Manager to join our team at Metrolube Enterprises. As a key member of our service center management team, you will be responsible for leading our service technicians and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and supervise service technicians to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to thrive.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, setting the bar high for the team.
  • Manage inventory, schedules, and payroll to keep our service center running smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all team members.
  • Hands-on involvement in oil changes, fluid changes, filter changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Master products, service, and company knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures outlined in our manuals and communications.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers effectively.
  • Ability to find and develop the right talent for your team.
  • High sense of urgency and self-motivation.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, automotive maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience (shift leads, assistant manager, supervisor, manager).
  • Valid, clean driver's license.
