Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical specification and contribute to all System Engineering activities.
  • Study the technical feasibility and define the sizing of the technical efforts to achieve sprints and deliverables to business.
  • Define product design choices and manage definition files to drive Technical Risk.
  • Lead technical activities according to shared team backlog prioritization from the Product Owner.
  • Ensure a Robustness & Reliable Design with 3rd party compliance such as UL, CSA, NOM, IEC.
  • Support Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly Approach; IP, Eco Design design part of the offer.
  • Verify the Product (simulations / Prototypes all along Product life cycle) according to the maturity level.
  • Commit to get the product technical Validation according to customer requirements.
  • Support manufacturing & Industrialization (Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly; technical antenna included).
  • Support Customer Case & technical expertise, root cause analysis, design of experiments in collaboration with the associated chapter.
Requirements:
  • Technical design problem solving.
  • Preferred six sigma black belt.
  • Preferred background experience in circuit protection devices or similar.
  • Critical thinking and thought leader towards accelerated issue resolution.
Education:
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Preferred MS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Six sigma green belt.
  • Preferred Six sigma black belt.
