Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality images and patient comfort.
  • Operate MRI equipment, including setup, utilization, and maintenance, in accordance with established departmental procedures.
  • Administer IV contrast media, explaining the procedure and process to patients, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Assess patient information and status, planning appropriate procedures and ensuring accurate identification and documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and high-quality imaging results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience in MRI or related field
  • Intravenous Contrast Administration Certification in New York State
  • ARRT Certification/Registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
