Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI procedures with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality images and patient comfort.
- Operate MRI equipment, including setup, utilization, and maintenance, in accordance with established departmental procedures.
- Administer IV contrast media, explaining the procedure and process to patients, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assess patient information and status, planning appropriate procedures and ensuring accurate identification and documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and high-quality imaging results.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in MRI or related field
- Intravenous Contrast Administration Certification in New York State
- ARRT Certification/Registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
