Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Technician to join our team at Patterns LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough visual inspections of machines and equipment to identify potential issues and perform repairs as needed.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components of production machines and equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.
  • Automated Equipment Maintenance: Identify and repair issues with automated equipment, including Programmable Logic Controllers.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year certificate from college or technical school desirable; plus three years combined experience in electrical plant maintenance, equipment maintenance, and general mechanical maintenance.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and safety regulations.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. The employee must be able to work rotating shifts, including some weekends and holidays. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
