About the Role:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Room Care Manager to join our team. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dining and table services to residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas.
  • Assist with training team members to ensure they meet Sunrise Senior Living standards.
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and assist in special events.
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets cleanliness and readiness standards.
  • Assist in table top inventory maintenance and handle food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
  • Competent in organizational, time management skills and demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.
