Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Jay Peak Resort. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, and washing worktables and equipment.
  • Sort and remove trash and recyclables, and ensure proper disposal.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
