Behavioral Therapist for Autism Treatment

">Annual Salary: $52,000 - $60,000+
">As a BCBA Trainee at Fraser, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans for children diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve providing observation and direction to direct care staff, participating in family and caregiver training, and assisting clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas.

- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.">
- Provide direct care to children with ASD, including assistance with daily living skills, socialization, and behavioral support.">
- Participate in family and caregiver training, educating them on strategies to promote positive behaviors and address challenging behaviors.">
- Observe and provide guidance to direct care staff to ensure high-quality care and implementation of treatment plans.">
Requirements:

- In pursuit of your Master's degree in ABA or related field, or completed Master's degree with intent to pursue BCBA certification.">
- Passionate about working with children with special needs and committed to making a positive impact in their lives.">
- Ability to pass DHS background check and possess reliable transportation.">
