Job Overview

The Kewa Pueblo Health Corporation (KPHC) seeks a skilled Healthcare Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join its team.

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional recruitment and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the healthcare industry.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role

The Healthcare Talent Acquisitions Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers and KPHC leadership, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. This includes creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies, networking with medical schools and colleges, and negotiating salaries with potential candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire top talent in the healthcare industry
  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Network with medical schools and colleges to attract qualified candidates
  • Negotiate salaries with potential candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with KPHC leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bilingual skills in English and the Keres native language
  • Experience working with Native American communities
  • Experience working in a primary care/mental health integrated healthcare center
Work Environment

This role is based at the Kewa Pueblo Health Corporation headquarters and requires occasional travel to external locations. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.
