Furthermore, the candidate may engage in site assessments and groundwater remediation initiatives.Key Duties:
Provide comprehensive environmental compliance assistance
Design and execute air and stormwater permitting protocols
Formulate SPCC plans and oversee waste management
Assess air emission controls and perform compliance audits
Deliver industrial hygiene support
Contribute to site assessments and groundwater remediation efforts
Uphold exceptional standards in data management and regulatory analysis
Utilize engineering calculations and quality assurance methods
Work autonomously or collaboratively on various projects
Build and sustain client relationships
This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including remote, office, or hybrid options, and presents opportunities for professional development and mentorship within the environmental team.
The compensation for this position has a broad range based on experience, certifications, and licenses. Experience with air quality permitting, emissions inventories, Title V, and NESHAP compliance
Expertise in preparing wastewater permit applications, SWPPP, and SPCC Plans
Project management proficiency
Capability to conduct multi-media environmental compliance audits
Strong skills in developing client relationships
Bachelor of Science degree in environmental sciences, environmental or chemical engineering
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in environmental compliance, air quality permitting, or related fields
Advanced writing capabilities and high proficiency in mathematics and problem-solving
Willingness to occasionally travel for work.
