About this role: We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Premium Accounting Clerk II, you will play a vital role in developing your career in a company that values career development, collaboration, innovation, and inclusiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Premium research and payment application: Conduct in-depth research and application of individual and group policies to ensure accurate and timely premium payments.
  • Daily balancing and reporting: Perform daily balancing and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Review and resolution of electronic payments: Thoroughly review and resolve electronic payment discrepancies to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Daily bank draft balancing and resolution: Balance and resolve daily bank drafts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Review transactional data and process necessary entries: Analyze transactional data and process necessary entries to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Review and resolve entries on the consolidated error log: Review and resolve entries on the consolidated error log to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Process add-on requests and payments: Process add-on requests and payments to ensure timely and accurate premium payments.
  • System administrator duties: Perform system administrator duties for Premium Processing software to ensure smooth operation.
Required Skills:
  • Intermediate operation of a 10-key calculator: Possess intermediate-level skills in operating a 10-key calculator.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Demonstrate intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • General accounting knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented and multitasking ability: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:

Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years related work experience preferred.
