Job Summary

The Registered Nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. This role requires professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to communicate effectively with physicians and other nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Administer IVs and medications to aid in patient health
  • Use medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs
  • Communicate with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs
  • Provide safe and competent nursing care for patients
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in Florida
  • Current BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Current ACLS through the American Heart Association
  • Current NIH Stroke Certification
  • Preference for 1 year of experience in critical care
