Surgical Care Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Care Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and safe surgical experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgeries, maintaining aseptic conditions and adhering to strict protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia administration as needed to ensure optimal patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on postoperative care and provide support during the recovery process.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- 2 years of recent OR nursing experience. Strong communication and adaptability skills required.
Compensation:
This position comes with an estimated weekly salary of $1,604.88. TotalMed offers competitive benefits, including 401(k), licensure, relocation, reimbursements, and continuing education opportunities.
