Join a dynamic outpatient primary care clinic that holds a rural health clinic designation. This position offers a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
Practice Details:
- **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- **Patient Load:** Average of 18 patients per day
- **Physician Team:** 4 physicians and 2 per diem providers
- **Advanced Practice Providers:** 3
- **Call Responsibilities:** No in-house codes or ER backup required
Documentation:
- Utilize Meditech Expanse for patient records
Credentialing:
- The credentialing process may take up to 60 days
- Candidates must possess an active MA license, BLS certification, and be board certified in Internal Medicine or General Medicine
- A clean background is essential for swift credentialing
Additional Requirements:
- COVID vaccination is mandatory
- Local candidates preferred, with mileage reimbursement available
