Key Responsibilities:
- Review and clarify medication orders from healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and dispense medications with accuracy, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Monitor patient drug therapies and provide necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with medical staff to streamline prescription processes.
- Maintain and manage automated dispensing systems and medication inventory.
- Oversee the handling of controlled substances and manage backorders.
