WEX Inc. is in search of a strategic and results-driven Media Planning Manager to enhance our Performance Marketing division.

Your contribution will be crucial in crafting and overseeing extensive media strategies for our diverse range of brands and internal business units.

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate the creation and execution of SEM and programmatic digital media strategies for a portfolio exceeding 50 fuel partner brands and WEX's internal business sectors.

• Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend campaign objectives and target demographics.

• Integrate SEM and programmatic approaches across multiple channels to align with overarching marketing objectives.

• Ensure comprehensive campaign delivery and address any operational challenges.

• Produce monthly financial summaries regarding campaign expenditures.

• Monitor campaign trials, providing insights on outcomes and performance indicators.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities for enhancing return on investment (ROI).

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the programmatic advertising sector.

• Manage relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in media planning and purchasing, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms.

• Familiarity with Google & Bing Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, G-Suite, DV360, The Trade Desk, GTM, Salesforce, and media planning software is advantageous.

• Experience with media billing, purchase orders, insertion orders, and media expenditure reporting is beneficial.

• Proven success in developing and executing effective programmatic and SEM advertising initiatives.

• Comprehensive understanding of programmatic purchasing practices and demand-side platforms (DV360 and/or The Trade Desk preferred).

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable strategies.

• Experience in the financial sector is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• A passion for digital marketing and a dedication to ongoing professional development.
