Job Description
As an Entry Level Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and transferring interested customers to licensed Loan Officers. You will also receive comprehensive training and mentorship to prepare you for a successful career in mortgage lending.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive team environment, where you can learn and grow with the company. Our goal is to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and start your career in the mortgage industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales-driven mindset, and be willing to learn and grow. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a college degree in finance or banking is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Contacting potential clients and qualifying leads.
  • Transferring interested customers to licensed Loan Officers.
  • Learning the mortgage industry through comprehensive training and mentorship.
  • Preparing to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (we reimburse for licensing costs).
  • Earning hourly pay plus bonuses based on performance.
