Overview

Concora Credit Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Financial Analyst, IT to join our Finance organization. As a key member of the team, you will provide critical financial insights that drive informed decision-making and deliver measurable outcomes in partnership with the IT organization.

The Impact You'll Have

You will be responsible for preparing financial projections for stakeholders, conducting value-added analysis, and proactively reporting on results. Your deep understanding of benefits and expenses will enable you to provide actionable recommendations to technology leaders, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead financial performance for the IT organization, delivering financial results with a deep understanding of expenses and regular monitoring.
  • Ensure technology leaders have the tools and information they need to make informed decisions, managing trends and anticipating changes.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and deliver timely and actionable reporting or analysis.
  • Develop ROI analysis for investments and projects, tracking progress against them.
  • Lead preparation and monitoring of the annual budgeting process and regular reforecasts in partnership with the IT organization.
  • Manage capital planning and tracking, developing real-time dashboards and scheduled reports.
  • Collaborate in monthly actual to budget reconciliations, narratives, and other month-end reports.
  • Participate in maintenance of corporate forecasting models.
  • Prepare analyses and ad-hoc reports as requested.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Some experience or exposure preferred in modeling costs for technical services, such as public cloud, volume-driven licensing, or hardware/software capitalization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, disciplined attention to detail, and a curious mindset.
  • Results Focus: self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Strong quantitative skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office suite of applications.
  • Experience with G/L databases and database querying tools.
