Position Overview: This role is part of the Learning and Development Team, focusing on training and skill enhancement for manufacturing associates. The position involves conducting various training sessions, including classroom and virtual formats, aimed at equipping associates with essential knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to Manufacturing Associates on processes, standards, and new competencies.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions covering topics such as new hire orientation, product knowledge, manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and technology usage.
- Provide coaching and support to associates in different settings, including one-on-one and group training.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in training, facilitation, or educational roles.
