- Cultivate Independence by helping children develop self-confidence and self-reliance, and encouraging them to take ownership of their learning.
- Form Personal Connections with each child and their families, and work collaboratively to provide the best possible care and education.
- Communicate Effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to education.
- Montessori Training or a strong commitment to pursuing certified Montessori training through our Prepared Montessorian Institute.
- Experience working with children aged 0-3 in a group setting, such as daycare, childcare, or nursery.
- Familiarity with child-led philosophies, such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Early Childhood Education or Child Development credits, and an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in any subject.
