About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Spring Branch Care Center. This is a full-time opportunity with shifts available from 2-10 PM.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assisting with daily living activities and promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents. This role requires strong communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing setting.

Responsibilities

">
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in accordance with best practices and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Promote a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, family members, and colleagues.

Requirements

">
  • Texas CNA certification in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to positively engage residents, family, visitors, and team members.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening.

Preferred Qualifications

">
  • Direct patient care experience in a Skilled Nursing setting.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Point Click Care.
  • Long-term care/nursing home experience.
  • Ability to occasionally pick up additional shifts.

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
