We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping children with autism and their families thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in children with autism.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills in children aged 2-6.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education, resources, and support to families to foster their child's speech and language development.
  • Evaluate and document progress regularly, making adjustments to interventions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech pathology in the state of Colorado.
  • 3+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a preference for those with experience working with children with autism.
  • Prior experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to connect and engage with young children.
