Job Summary

As an Embryologist 3, you will play a crucial role in our reproductive health procedures, performing assisted reproduction technology (ART) laboratory techniques with precision and accuracy. You will work independently to perform key projects and procedures within the laboratory, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform endocrine assays, oocyte retrieval, semen analysis, insemination, pronuclear assessment, embryo culture, and gamete and embryo cryopreservation techniques.
  • Oversee the development of specimens, assess embryo quality, select and transfer embryos.
  • Participate and support research projects conducted by faculty members in the division.
  • Work collaboratively with patients and staff to ensure effective communication and patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life science (Biology or closely related area).
  • 3+ years directly relevant experience in performing ART laboratory techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to follow strict protocols.
  • Superior eye-hand coordination and ability to perform specimen preparation and transfer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients and staff.
