As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas, supervising procedural area staff, and coordinating quality and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise procedural area staff, including coordinating quality and customer service activities
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the departmental budget
  • Coordinate the purchasing and payroll processes
  • Serve as a technical/clinical resource to team members
  • Perform work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or other formal professional/technical preparation in a relevant discipline for the area/personnel supervised
  • BSN required for those departments where RN's are supervised
  • All licenses must be maintained in area of specialty
