Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Meadows of Leipsic. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mealtime and snacks, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes
  • Help residents with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking, transferring, and positioning
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen
