The Union Hospital Emergency Department is looking for skilled nurses who excel in a dynamic environment and are eager to enhance their knowledge. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing care across all age groups and demographics. We value flexibility and a collaborative approach to patient care, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Maryland or a compact state.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in Acute Care.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred, with a requirement to obtain them within the first year of employment.
- CEN certification is a plus.
Work Schedule: This position requires a commitment of 48 hours per pay period, primarily on the Day/Evening shift.
