Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Laborer to support our operations at Hired LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including material handling, worksite preparation, cleaning and maintenance, and manual labor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment.
  • Worksite Preparation: Set up and break down work areas, ensuring proper organization and safety compliance.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
  • Manual Labor: Perform manual labor tasks as assigned, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  • General Assistance: Provide support to other team members as needed, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and willingness to go the extra mile.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and supervisors
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
