- Room Preparation: Stock your cart with necessary supplies and transport it to designated areas. Enter guest rooms following proper procedures to ensure they are vacant before entry.
- Amenities Management: Replace and restock guest amenities and supplies in accordance with brand standards.
- Linen Management: Swap out soiled linens and towels for fresh ones, make beds, and ensure cleanliness in bathrooms.
- Waste Management: Remove trash, soiled linens, and any room service items efficiently.
- Maintenance Reporting: Check that all appliances are functioning correctly and report any maintenance needs.
- Room Tidiness: Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances, while dusting and polishing surfaces.
- Floor Care: Vacuum carpets and perform floor maintenance duties in guest rooms and hallways.
- Security Measures: Maintain security by keeping room doors locked and reporting any suspicious activities.
Applicants should be able to:
- Lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and more with assistance.
- Push and pull loaded carts over various surfaces.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.
- Manipulate objects of different sizes and weights, requiring good hand-eye coordination.
