We are seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team at Puttery's rooftop bar, Bomba's Nightclub. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by warmly greeting patrons, taking orders, offering recommendations to enhance their visit, and demonstrating expert knowledge of our food, beverage, and gaming offerings.
Responsibilities:- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Provide informed suggestions on menu items and activities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless operation of cash handling and financial transactions.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to address guest inquiries confidently.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred.
- Previous experience as a server is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Organizational prowess with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at-a-time without assistance.
