Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance driving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

  • $20.00/hour starting wage, $21.25 for 1+ year of school bus driving experience.
  • $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed drivers.
  • $1,500 Sign-on Bonus for new drivers.

  • 4 Hours guaranteed daily.
