Position Overview

BOSA Restaurant LLC is in search of a skilled Bartender to join our team. Our establishment draws inspiration from the coastal culinary traditions of Sardinia, Italy, and offers a vibrant waterfront dining experience. We pride ourselves on serving innovative dishes crafted from the freshest local ingredients, with a particular focus on seafood and signature pizzas created by our owner/restaurateur, Sal Lupoli. Our drink menu features a diverse selection of classic and contemporary cocktails, alongside an extensive wine and craft beer list.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including traditional cocktails and unique house specialties.
  • Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and ensure a delightful and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Keep the bar area clean and well-organized, replenishing supplies as necessary.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations diligently.
  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in bartending is preferred.
  • Familiarity with drink recipes and mixing techniques.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must meet the legal age requirements for alcohol service.
  • TIPS certification is required.

Compensation

$6.75 per hour, plus tips.
