Job Title: Abatement Services Project Manager

Hepaco Inc is seeking an experienced Abatement Services Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and execute projects, including developing project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the environmental remediation industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
  • Ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and/or eRailSafe security clearance
