Beacon Hill is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist to join their Treasury Department in the North Dallas area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring cash activities, processing transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage cash activities for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Process payments and transactions to financial accounts, including ACH, wire transfers, EFTs, and checks.
- Review and reconcile bank deposits and banking activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and resolve treasury-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and operations teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in treasury management, ensuring the company remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
