Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all customers in the Wellness Department.
  • Assist the Wellness Manager with ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Direct customers to products throughout the department and maintain department displays.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.
  • Share knowledge of Lassen's monthly promotions and sales with customers.
  • Answer customer questions and provide education on natural health products within legal parameters.
