As a Caregiver Direct Support Professional, you'll play a vital role in providing quality services and individualized supports that lead to growth and independence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals in group homes and clinics
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage and support individuals in their daily routines and goals
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure high-quality care
What You'll Get:
  • Competitive pay: $13.50-$15.00 per hour, with pay on demand options available
  • Full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
  • Weekly or even daily pay available
  • Paid time off plus holiday pay to recharge
  • A stable job at an established, growing company with a variety of assisted living environments
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (in some positions)
