Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to live well and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Help individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Assist individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting and exercise
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide individualized support and services
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (in some positions)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
