Dental Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Support Professional to join our team at Concord Central Dental Pllc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate dental records, and assisting dentists with various procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences and working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for the dentist.
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs throughout the appointment.
- Greet patients as they arrive, submit billing details to the insurance company, and schedule their next appointment before they leave the clinic.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
